 Session 1: Patient/Sports Psychology

Sport psychology focuses on mental skills training for athletes and high-performance industries. The Association for Applied Sport Psychology ensures performers have resources to strengthen their inner edge through the advancement and application of excellence in mental performance and mental health. Certified Mental Performance Consultants (CMPC) are certified through AASP to provide mental skills interventions. I will be discussing what sport psychology is and providing examples of interventions we offer!
