# Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)

**Mission:** To promote equity for all individuals through advocacy of projects and policies that support diversity and inclusion in physical therapy.

**Vision:** To foster a diverse network of physical therapy professionals, who educate, collaborate, and advocate for projects and policies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion to mirror the communities we serve.

**Intent:** A group of volunteers committed to working collaboratively to develop innovative and effective strategies to evaluate and improve diversity, equity, and inclusion in policy, recruitment, partnerships, and the physical therapy profession throughout Kentucky.
