This year, the APTA KY Annual Conference will be held in Bowling Green, KY, September 9 & 10, 2022. Research Forum Posters, along with other sessions will be presented by therapists in research, special interest, case study, or theory reports. This opportunity is open to all PTs, PTAs and PT/PTA students with eligible presentations. Two tracks of presentations will be available for attendees; professional and student. Up to 8 contact hours will be available.
The American Physical Therapy Association- Kentucky Chapter invites you to submit an oral abstract for our annual conference being held in Bowling Green, KY September 9 & 10, 2022. Our conference theme this year is “APTA-KY: Past, Present, and Future”. All submissions should be around 60 minutes in length to allow for Q&A. Oral abstract submissions will be accepted until July 15, 2022. All submitters will be notified of acceptance by August 1, 2022. Abstracts are intended to represent scientific research or noncommercial content related to clinical practice. Topics of interest include: Health Disparity, Wound Care, Long-haul COVID/Telehealth, Concierge Practices, Resume Building, The Future of the PT Profession, Pelvic Health, Cancer Care, and many more.
Research Forum Posters
The American Physical Therapy Association- Kentucky Chapter is now accepting research forum poster abstracts for the annual conference being held in Bowling Green, KY September 9 & 10, 2022. Poster abstracts include systematic literature reviews, research studies, case studies, and quality assessment projects informing practice. Posters are displayed for a specific period during the conference, with presenters scheduled for one to two hours. Submissions will be accepted until July 15, 2022, however earlier submissions are encouraged. All submitters will be notified of either acceptance by August 1, 2022.
2022 All-Academic Team
The APTA-KY All-Academic Team recognizes outstanding physical therapy students who are members of the APTA/APTA-KY and are likely to make a significant impact upon the profession. The deadline to apply is August 1, 2022.
